President of the Council of Mexican Federations in North America (COFEM). He became involved in social work with the immigrant community 10 years ago and has served as president of “Club Armería Fraternal” and president of Federación Colima USA.

Through his persistent work, he has made important contributions to “Casa Colima” and to the community. COFEM focuses strategically on five guiding areas for its operations and growth: education, health, civic engagement, binational economic development, and organizational development.
