The committee analyzes and process information about domestic and international policies with any influence over the rights and duties of Mexican migrants in the U.S. and Mexico and including human rights.

Identifies mechanisms to deepen and widen relationships with local, state and federal levels in both countries, so that they can help to increase opportunities for migrants. It also runs a program to teach the rights and duties of migrants to this sector of society
