Identifies and proposes mechanisms to deepen and widen the relationship with local, state and federal authorities particularly in the United States, and more generally with the rest of the Hemisphere.

It also develops strategies to stimulate participation in all federal, local and state, election processes where migrants can do that legally, either in Mexico, the U.S. or both.

The committee has ongoing information-exchange programs with other relevant, non-Mexican focused immigration groups in the country.
