It designs, develops and builds artistic projects and cultural programs to widen opportunities for Mexican and Latino migrants in these fields.

Moreover, the committee works to increase working and collaboration relationships with a variety of artistic institutions, to promote the musical, artistic, photographic and cinematography contributions of Mexicans and other Latino migrants in this country.
