Provide the Board of Directors with a diagnosis of the challenges of young migrants in the two countries, and propose mechanisms to involve them in the defense and promotion of the objectives of FM.

Work with members of other relevant commissions to nurture FM managers with options to encourage them to participate in the national censuses of the two countries in 2020, as well as the registration and exercise of voting.
